Having a limited view of your business will do just that to your business. Limit it! You may be able to see that you have 400 sales of a product or service from your launch – do you know how much it cost you to get each one of those sales? Could you have had more sales if tweaks were made at the right time in the right place, if that time and place had been evident to you. You NEED metrics.
